Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times vary based on location:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Virgin Islands Orders: 2–4 business days
- International Orders: 7– 14 business days
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. T Slays Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
